We only text people who opted in through the form on leashelanu.com or who texted us first.
- Consent: By checking the SMS box on our form, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from LEASHELANU LLC at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No obligation
Submitting information or replying to a message does not obligate you to sell your property, and does not obligate us to buy it. Any purchase happens only under a separate written purchase agreement signed by both parties.

LEASHELANU LLC buys residential property for its own portfolio. We are not a real estate brokerage and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
